Islamabad, April 10 (KMS): Pakistan has strongly condemned indiscriminate firing of heavy weapons and grenades on a mosque in Shopian, Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) on Friday.

The Foreign Office spokesman in a statement issued in Islamabad, today, said, desecration and damage caused to the mosque during so-called cordon and search operation and repeated incidence of extra-judicial killings in various places in IIOJK, are manifestations of the unabated state terrorism to which Kashmiris are subjected in the occupied territory. »

Srinagar, April 10 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, one youth has been martyred while an army soldier was injured in the ongoing cordon and search operation in Hatipora area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district on Saturday.

Srinagar, April 10 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian troops have launched cordon and search operations in south Kashmir’s Shopian, Islamabad and Kulgam districts.

The troops cordoned off the Chitragam area of district late Friday night and launched door-to-door searches. The operation continued till last reports came in. The operation comes barely a few hours after five youth were martyred by the troops in main town Shopian. »
