Srinagar, May 21 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian troops continued their violent cordon and search operations (CASOs) in different areas of the territory.

The troops launched the CASOs in Natipora in Srinagar and Haigam in Sopore.

The Indian forces’ personnel also continued such operations in different areas of Kupwara, Baramulla, Bandipore, Budgam, Ganderbal, Islamabad, Pulwama, Kulgam, Shopian, Rajouri, Poonch, Kishtwar, Ramban and Doda districts. Notably, IIOJK is already under military siege and COVID-19 lockdown »

Srinagar, May 21 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Juma prayers could not be held, today, at Srinagar’s historic Jamia Masjid and several main mosques, dargahs and imambargahs of the territory due to the restrictions imposed by the authorities.

The occupation authorities intensified curfew and other restrictions across the occupied territory, today, to prevent people from conducting a march towards Mazar-e-Shuhada at Eidgah in Srinagar and holding prayer meetings. »

Islamabad, May 21 (KMS): The Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir, Shehryar Khan Afridi has said that atrocities against Muslims by Zionist and Hindutva terrorist regimes require a world response failing which may trigger consequences beyond regions.

Shehryar Khan Afridi was addressing the participants of a protest rally held in Islamabad under the aegis of All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter to pay tributes to prominent martyred Hurriyat leaders, Mirwaiz Molvi Muhammad Farooq and Khawaja Abdul Ghani Lone, as well as the martyrs of Hawal massacre on their martyrdom anniversaries.  He said that Kashmir and Palestine needed immediate world attention and were a huge question mark on the credibility of the United Nations.

Islamabad, May 21 (KMS): Big banners and Posters have been displayed in Islamabad, the Capital of Pakistan, with the pictures of prominent martyred Hurriyat leaders, Mirwaiz Molvi Muhammad Farooq and Khawaja Abdul Ghani Lone on the occasion of their martyrdom anniversaries.

The banners and posters contain the slogans like, “The day to pay tributes to brave Kashmiris”, “IIOJK is an open prison under atrocious Indian army”, “Kashmiris will not allow anyone to betray the blood of Kashmiri martyrs”, “Stop killing in Kashmir” and “Kashmiris are determined to accomplish martyrs’ mission, come what may.”

Srinagar, May 21 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, senior APHC leader and the President of Jammu and Kashmir Anjuman Sharie Shian, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi, has welcomed the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas as a result of global pressure and described it a satisfactory move.

Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi in a statement issued in Srinagar, condemning the Israeli aggression on Gaza, said, Israel is displacing the oppressed Palestinian Muslims from their land and is blowing all global laws in this regard. »

Mushaal questions role of UN, UNSC amid continued HR violations in Palestine, IIOJK

Islamabad, May 21 (KMS): Mushaal Hussein Mullick, the Chairperson of Peace and Culture Organisation (PCO) and the wife of illegally detained Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, Muhammad Yasin Malik, has said that people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) and inhabitants of war-torn Palestine are facing worst form of terrorism at the hand of their respective occupational powers.

Speaking at a rally held in Islamabad to protest against human right violations in Kashmir and Palestine on Friday, Mushaal said that on one hand Hindutva regime of India unleashed a wave of barbarism and state terrorism in the occupied Kashmir valley while on the other the apartheid Israeli state made the life a hell of the innocent Palestinians through continued airstrikes and ruthless bombardments. »
