Eviction of Gujjars, Bakarwals from their lands in IIOJK condemned

Jammu, May 28 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Pir Panjal Freedom Movement (JKPPFM) has condemned the eviction of Gujjar and Bakarwal communities from their lands by the Indian authorities.

The JKPPFM General Secretary, Advocate Israr-ul-Haq, in a statement issued in Jammu said that the United Nations to take cognizance of the matter and play its role in preventing such happenings in the territory.

He also appealed to the World Body to settle the lingering Kashmir dispute in accordance with its own relevant resolutions as the peace of the region is linked to the amicable settlement of the Kashmir dispute.
