Srinagar, April 10 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Hurriyat leaders including Javaid Ahmed Mir, Firdous Ahmed Shah, Nisar Hussain Rathar and Shakeel Ahmed Butt appeared before a TADA court in Srinagar in a 13 years old fake case registered against them.

The fake case was filed against Javaid Ahmed Mir, Firdous Ahmed Shah and Nisar Hussain Rathar in Khanyar police station in Srinagar on July 13, 2007. The court fixed the next hearing of the case on May 10. »

Srinagar, April 09 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference Provincial President (Kashmir Province), Bashir Ahmad Butt, has strongly condemned the Indian police diktat in which journalists have been barred to perform their professional duties during the so-called cordon and search operations carried out by Indian troops in the territory.

Bashir Ahmad Butt in a statement issued in Srinagar said that journalism, the fourth pillar of the modern concept of democracy, was facing the toughest time in the history of Jammu and Kashmir. »

Srinagar, April 09 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, posters have appeared in the territory, reaffirming the Kashmiris’ resolve to continue the freedom struggle till complete success.

The posters pasted by Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Justice Party, Kashmir Resistance Movement, Kashmir Hurriyat Youth Forum, Jammu and Kashmir Justice League and Haq-e-Khud Iradiyat Forum Jammu and Kashmir in different areas of the territory also said that the struggle will continue till the implementation of the United Nations resolutions and till India reverts its decision of August 5, 2019. The posters also called for preserving the identity and disputed nature of Jammu and Kashmir. »

Srinagar, April 06 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Hurriyat leaders and organizations have said that peace and stability in the region is directly connected to the final settlement of Kashmir dispute in the light of United Nations Security Council resolutions.

Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference Chairman Shabbir Ahmad Dar in a statement issued in Srinagar said, Kashmir is an internationally accepted dispute and India cannot change its status unilaterally so political ethics and international commitments should come forward to impress upon India to withdraw its unconstitutional decision of 5th August 2019 and restore the special status of Jammu Kashmir. »

Srinagar, April 05 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir Young Men’s League has launched a poster campaign condemning the Indian illegal occupation and the issuance of liquor licences in the valley.

Srinagar, April 04 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Tehreek-e-Wahdat Islamic (TWI) has welcomed the recent statement of Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan and the cabinet decision that no trade will be done with India without restoration of Kashmir’s special status.

A statement issued by the TWI after its meeting in Srinagar with senior party leader, Gulshan Abbas in chair said that the efforts of Pakistan for highlighting the Kashmir dispute and Indian state terrorism in IIOJK were discussed in the meeting. »

Islamabad, April 04 (KMS): A meeting of the constituents of Jammu Kashmir Freedom Movement Forum held in Islamabad with APHC Convener, Muhammad Hussain Khateeb in chair.

Srinagar, April 02 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, illegally detained Hurriyat leader Altaf Ahmad Shah has ridiculed the allegation of Indian infamous National Investigation Agency that he received money from a political leader to intensify the mass uprising triggered by the extrajudicial killing of prominent youth leader, Burhan Wani, in 2016.

Jammu, March 21 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Sikh bodies have paid rich tributes to the victims of Chattisingpora on their anniversary.

Chattisingpora carnage was engineered by the Indian government on the eve of the then US president, Bill Clinton’s visit to India.

Senior Sikh leaders at a meeting held in Jammu, today, under the chairmanship of S.
