Srinagar, May 20 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, thousands of people attended the funeral prayers of martyred Irfan Ahmed in Sopore town.

Irfan Ahmed was martyred along with two other youth by Indian troops during a cordon and search operation at Panzgam area of Pulwama district, on Saturday.

Thousands of people including women from adjacent villages raising pro-Pakistan, pro-Azadi and anti-India slogans poured in to have a last glimpse of martyr at Wadoora area of the town. The mourners took the body to the martyrs’ graveyard and laid him to rest amid sobs and tears. »

Srinagar, May 13 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, thousands of people attended the funeral prayers of the two martyrs in Kulgam district.

Amid pro-freedom and anti-India slogans, multiple rounds of funeral prayers were held for Aadil Bashir Wani and Javaid Ahmad Butt to accommodate huge rush of people from Kulgam and adjoining areas.

Srinagar, March 22 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops in a fresh massacre have martyred seven Kashmiris including a twelve-year-old boy, Atif Mir, in Bandipora, Baramulla and Shopian districts since yesterday.

The troops martyred these Kashmiris during violent cordon and search operations in Hajin, Kalantra and Gadapora areas. A house was destroyed while bodies of two youth and minor Atif were charred beyond recognition due to the explosive material used by the troops during the operation in Hajin. Several people were injured in Ratnipora area of Shopian, today, after Indian forces’ personnel fired bullets, pellets and teargas shells on demonstrations against the killing of the youth. Thousands of people attended the funeral prayers of one of the martyred youth, Aamir Rasool, in Sopore. Complete shutdown was observed in Sopore town and its adjoining areas against the killing of the youth. »

Srinagar, March 22 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, thousands of people, today, attended the funeral prayers of a martyred youth in Arampora area of Baramulla district, today.

The youth, Aamir Rasool Kaboo, was martyred along with another youth by Indian troops during a violent cordon and search operation in Kalantra area of the district, last night.

Witnesses said that thousands of people assembled at Aamir’s home in Arampora today morning to take part in his last rites. His body was handed over to the family shortly before midnight, yesterday. »

The victim Rizwan Asad was killed in Indian police custody in Srinagar on the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday.

Srinagar, February 15 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, thousands of people in Pulwama attended the funeral prayers in absentia for a youth, Aadil Ahmed Dar, who got martyred in an explosion on Srinagar-Jammu Highway.

Over 40 Indian troops were killed and dozens others injured in the blast, which took place in Lethpora area of Pulwama, yesterday.

Thousands of people marched from different villages of south Kashmir towards Gandi Bagh, the native village of Aadil Ahmed Dar, and participated in his funeral prayers in absentia.
