Srinagar, January 14 (KMS): The head of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front central convening committee Khawaja Saif-ud-Din has said that those who laid down their lives and those who faced jails during the freedom struggle are heroes of the Kashmiri people.

Khawaja Saif-ud-Din, while giving his reaction on the framing of charges of fake cases against illegally detained party Chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik and senior party leaders, Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi, Manzoor Ahmad Sofi, M. Srinagar, January 14 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Tehreek-e-Muzahamat has expressed concern over the continued illegal detention of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Muhammad Yaseen Malik, Dukhtaran-e-Millat Chairperson, Aasiya Andrabi and other hundreds of Hurriyat leaders and activists.

The Tehreek-e-Muzahamat Chairman, Bilal Ahmed Siddiqui in a statement issued in Srinagar said that India subjecting the Hurriyat leaders and activists to the worst kind of political vendetta. He said, the recent framing of charges against Muhammad Yasin Malik and others in a thirty years old fake case speaks volumes about New Delhi’s cunning attitude towards the Kashmiri prisoners. »

Washington, DC. January 14 (KMS): The Washington-based World Kashmir Awareness Forum (WKAF) has expressed sincere appreciation to the bold and courageous statement given by Turkish Foreign Minister, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, on the Kashmir dispute during 2nd Trilateral Meeting of the foreign ministers of Pakistan, Azerbaijan and Turkey held in Islamabad.

The WKAF Secretary General, Dr Ghulam Nabi Fai, in a statement issued in Washington said, “We in particular would like to express our thanks to the government of Turkey for reiterating that the peaceful settlement of Kashmir dispute has to be explored in accordance with the United Nations Security Council resolutions.” »

Islamabad, January 13 (KMS): The All Parties Hurriyat Conference AJK chapter organized a Martyrs Conference in Islamabad, today, to pay homage to the martyrs of the Handwara, Sopore and Gaokdal massacres that took place in the month of January in the last decade of the 20th century in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

Srinagar, January 13 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, posters were once again displayed in Tangmarg and other areas of Baramulla district appealing people to unite and raise voice for freedom and against the Indian occupation of the territory.

The posters were displayed by the All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) said the unresolved Kashmir dispute was the biggest hurdle to peace and political stability in the region and urged the UN to take steps for peaceful settlement of the dispute. »

Srinagar, January 11 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Tehreek-e-Wahdat-e-Islami has demanded of the United Nations to set up a special tribunal to probe the killing of innocent Kashmiri youth in fake encounters by Indian troops.

The Tehreek-e-Wahdat-e-Islami spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the Indian troops had martyred hundreds of youth in fake encounters in different areas of occupied Jammu and Kashmir during the past 33 years. He said that last year, Indian Army Captain Bhupinder Singh had killed three Rajouri youth in a fake encounter in Amshipura area of Shopian district. »
