So-called world’s largest democracy isolated on global stage
Opposition strongly criticizes Modi govt's failed foreign policy
New Delhi: The Modi government’s foreign policy in India is limited to sloganeering, due to which India, the claimant to the world’s largest democracy, is isolated on the global stage.
According to Kashmir Media Service, senior leader of India’s opposition party Congress, Pramod Tiwari, has strongly criticized the Modi government’s foreign policy and called it a failed strategy based on mere show and sloganeering.
He said India is currently isolated on the global stage, adding no country openly supported India during Operation Sindoor and on the contrary, Pakistan’s diplomatic relations have received global recognition.
He targeted the Modi government’s failed foreign policy and said India is becoming isolated day by day. He added that powerful countries like China and Turkey had fully supported Pakistan.
Pramod Tiwari further said that the Trump government claimed to be a mediator and recognized Pakistan as an equal party. He said Narendra Modi was only busy with foreign visits, but these visits did not bring any significant diplomatic benefit to India. The silence of world powers during Operation Sindoor has made it clear that the Modi government’s foreign policy is failing, he maintained.
