Indian forces launch violent operation in Kulgam
Srinagar: Indian forces’ personnel launched a violent cordon and search operation (CASO) in Kulgam district of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir on Monday.
According to Kashmir Media Service , the operation was launched by a joint team of Indian forces based in the Gudder area of district.
A police official told the media that a joint team of Indian forces launched a cordon and search operation on specific information about the presence of militants in the area.
He said that the team approached the suspected spot and opened fire on them which was retaliated, triggering an encounter.
