Farooq Abdullah hospitalised in Srinagar, condition improving

Srinagar: National Conference President Farooq Abdullah has been admitted to a hospital in Srinagar after developing an abdominal infection.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Abdullah, 87, had been unwell for the past several days and was shifted to a private hospital earlier this week for medical treatment.

A National Conference leader said, “Farooq Abdullah was not keeping well for the past few days but his condition is getting better now. He is likely to be discharged later today or tomorrow.”
