Massive landslide destroys buildings along Srinagar-Jammu highway

Srinagar: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, a massive landslide hit the Narsoo-Samroli area along the Srinagar-Jammu highway in Udhampur district, destroying a hotel and several adjoining buildings.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the landslide occurred late Saturday night, triggering panic among residents and travellers in the area. Rescue teams, police, and local authorities rushed to the spot and launched a large-scale operation to rescue trapped persons.
The Udhampur District administration said that relief and rescue operations are underway on a war footing, and further details are awaited.
