Muslims did not expel Pandits from Kashmir Valley, it is just propaganda: Kashmiri Pandit woman

Says Indian govt has snatched Kashmiris’ identity by abrogating Article 370

Jammu: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, a Kashmiri Pandit woman, Deepika Pushkar Nath, has said that the Indian government has snatched Kashmiris’ identity overnight by abrogating Article 370.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Deepika Pushkar Nath, a lawyer by profession and social activist, in a media interview said that the Pandits were not expelled from occupied Jammu and Kashmir by Muslims, but they were ousted under a conspiracy and the blame was put on Muslims.

She said that due to the poor policy of the Indian government, Kashmiri Pandits faced severe difficulties. She added that if the entire occupied Jammu and Kashmir was closed when Article 370 was removed, then why was the migration of Kashmiri Pandits not stopped in 1990? She said that Hindus were made to fight with Muslims here and this was taken advantage of.

She said to mislead the world, this propaganda was done that the Pandits were expelled by Muslims, although Muslims did not expel them.

Deepika Pushkar Nath said, “We slept in the state at night and woke up in the morning in the Union Territory and at night we had Article 370 and in the morning this article was abolished and our identity was taken away. If you could have done all this, you could have also stopped the migration of Pandits in 1990, but you did not do so.”
