Indian Army officer dies of cardiac arrest in Kupwara

Srinagar: An Indian Army officer died of a heart attack in Kupwara district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the officer, identified as Subedar Laike Ram of 12 Rajputana Rifles under the 17 Infantry Brigade, died in the Naugam area. The 45-year-old Subedar was from Uttar Pradesh, India.

Meanwhile, two old mortar shells were recovered in Kalakote town of Rajouri and Seri Kangra area of Mendhar tehsil in Poonch district by Indian forces following information from local people, officials said.
