Waheed Para denounces closure of Vaishno Devi Medical College in IIOJK

Srinagar: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader and MLA Waheed Para has strongly denounced the closure of Vaishno Devi Medical College in Reasi district, saying that it is unfortunate that the admissions of talented Muslim students were cancelled due to protests by Bharatiya Janata Party leaders.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Waheed Para talking to reporters in Srinagar said, “This is for the first time we are seeing that admissions are being cancelled in the name of Muslims, or for having association with a specific religion, which is sad.”
He said this politics of hatred is a big question mark for the BJP Indian government. He added that the admissions of all Muslim students should be restored.
Waheeda Para further said that crimes against minorities are the biggest blot on humanity. He said, “The politics of hatred wherever it is, is wrong, we condemn hate crimes against minorities and India’s strength lies in brotherhood and coexistence.
