Kargil rises in support of Iran against external threats

Kargil: A massive rally and public gathering were held in Kargil in Ladakh region of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday, expressing solidarity with Iran in the wake of external threats.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the event, organized by Imam Khomeini Memorial Trust (IKMT), drew thousands of participants, including men, women, and religious scholars, who carried portraits of Iran’s Supreme leader Ayatollah Khamenei and placards condemning US and Israeli policies.
The procession, which began at Jamia Masjid Kargil, passed through the main market area and concluded at Old Taxi Stand, where a public meeting was held. A separate women’s procession, organized by Zainabia Women Welfare Society, also joined the gathering.
Speakers, including Haji Asghar Ali Karbalai and Hujjat-ul-Islam Sheikh Sadiq Rajai, praised Khamenei’s leadership and condemned US and Israeli attempts to destabilize Iran. Symbolic coffins representing the US President and Israeli Prime Minister were dragged and later set on fire, along with effigies, as part of the protest.
The event ended peacefully, with participants reiterating their resolve to stand by Khamenei and Iran’s Islamic system.
