India’s claim of being largest democracy biggest fraud: AJK minister
Muzaffarabad: The Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Minister for Information, Auqaf and Religious Affairs,Chaudhry Muhammad Rafique Nayyar, has reiterated Kashmiris’ pledge to continue the ongoing liberation struggle till they achieve the long cherished goal of freedom from India.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Chaudhry Muhammad Rafique Nayyar in his message issued on the eve of India’s Republic Day, January 26, said Kashmiri people observe this day as a Black Day to express their resentment and anguish against India’s imperialistic occupation of the territory.
He described India’s claim of being the world’s largest democracy as the biggest fraud, adding India, under the RSS-driven Modi regime, has descended into a fascist state where minorities are facing a grave and existential threat.
He said the Kashmiri people have made immense sacrifices in their struggle to achieve the right to self-determination, a right guaranteed to them by the international community through numerous United Nations resolutions.
The minister emphasized that the people of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir would continue to provide moral, political, and diplomatic support to the people of occupied Kashmir and will never retreat from this principled stance.
Rafique Nayyar said every effort aimed at resolving the Kashmir issue through meaningful and result-oriented dialogue is commendable; however, any solution that disregards the aspirations of the Kashmiri people or sidesteps the UN resolutions will not be acceptable to them.
