APHC-AJK holds prayer session in Islamabad
Islamabad: A prayer session was organized at the All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) office in Islamabad on the death of the mother of Abdul Ahad Parra, a senior leader of the Muslim League from occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the prayer session was presided over by APHC-AJK chapter Convener Ghulam Muhammad Safi, while Hurriyat members participated and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family.
During the meeting, the participants expressed deep sorrow and grief and said the loss of a great personality like a mother is a shock that cannot be cured. They condoled with Abdul Ahad Parra and his family and said this loss is not just for one family but for the entire Kashmir freedom movement.
The Hurriyat leadership expressed its complete solidarity with the aggrieved family in this hour of grief and prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
