Neglect of Keran’s Mandian village leaves residents in dire straits

Srinagar: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the road to Mandian village in Keran, Kupwara district, has been blocked for over a month, leaving thousands of people in dire straits.
According to Kashmir Media Service, despite repeated pleas, the R&B Department’s inaction has exacerbated the suffering, disrupting daily life and essential supplies. Residents lament prolonged neglect, saying, “The road has been closed for a long time, and despite informing the concerned department several times, no action has been taken.”
Raja Mumtaz, a local, echoed the sentiment, “We’re facing immense difficulties, and even basic supplies aren’t reaching the area.”
