IIOJK residents struggle amidst crippling power cuts

Srinagar: The ongoing power shutdowns in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir are taking a toll on daily life, with residents facing prolonged hours without electricity, disrupting routine activities, businesses, and essential services.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the shutdowns, scheduled for April 8 and April 13, are affecting multiple areas, including Soibugh, Wadwan, Bemina, Fateh Kadal, and Beerwah, disrupting daily life and routine activities.

Residents have to make do without power for several hours, with some areas facing outages from 9 am to 3 pm. Locals are worried about the impact on their daily lives, businesses, and essential services.
