India’s fake “Khalistan terror” story exposed just before Khalistan Day
Islamabad: Claims regarding staged or exaggerated “Khalistan terror” narratives in India have emerged ahead of Khalistan Day, with critics alleging the stories are orchestrated to tarnish Sikh activism, distract from domestic issues,
According to Kashmir Media Service, India says it busted an “ISI-Khalistan terror group” from Malaysia. This is timed right before Khalistan Day and it wants to blame Pakistan and scare people about Sikhs.
Indian Punjab is upset with many protests as farmers blocked roads at Shambhu border from February 2024 to March 2025 (over 400 days, thousands involved). Gurjeet Singh’s 560-day tower sit-in on sacrilege law ended April 2026 (1,000+ gathered). Kisan Mazdoor Morcha planned village protests Jan 13 & 21-22, 2026, against farm bills.
The dead man, Jagroop Singh, is from Tarn Taran, a drug hotspot with smuggling gangs everywhere. Indian agencies said he died trying a blast, but dressed as Nihang? *Big red flag!*
Historically, Nihang Sikhs are pro-India and anti-Khalistani. During the 1980s insurgency, most Nihangs stayed neutral.
Khalistan is a modern political movement. Nihangs follow centuries-old martial tradition preserving pure Khalsa lifestyle as “Guru’s Army.”
Some prominent Nihang leaders, such as Baba Santa Singh of the Buddha Dal and Ajit Singh Poohla, had ties to the Indian government or the Indian National Congress party.
Baba Santa Singh was famously excommunicated by the Akal Takht in 1984 for his role in repairing the Akal Takht (following Operation Blue Star) against the wishes of the wider Sikh community, which viewed the government-sponsored repairs as a violation of religious sovereignty.
A “Khalistani Nihang” makes no sense. No video, no witnesses shared. Rushed story to fit their plot. No real links to Pakistan’s agencies. India’s investigation agencies word only.
They found a laptop, grenade, and pistols from “Malaysia bosses”? Sounds silly for a big bust. Why no boss arrests? No online proof? Like 2019 Pulwama and Pahalgam lies, science proved them wrong. Blaming and naming in every investigation all Pakistan friends countries from Türkiye, Bangladesh, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Srilanka and now Malaysia.
Punjab elections are coming. Punjab Assembly elections expected early 2027 (term ends Feb 2027). The BJP government dodges farmer anger and temple fights by blaming “Pakistan.” Khalistan Day is perfect to attack.
India forgets it helped Khalistan long ago. 1980s RAW trained/funded Sikh militants vs Pakistan. Ex-RAW chief B. Raman was admitted in The Kaoboys of RAW. Jadhav case shows proxy games continue. Hypocrisy!
