Delhi blast case: Special NIA court at Patiala House Court extends judicial custody of accused till July 6
New Delhi: Indian infamous National Investigation Agency (NIA) has produced jailed Kashmiri Dr Muzamil Mushtaq Butt, Uttar Pradesh woman doctor Shaheen Saeed and others before the Patiala House Courts in New Delhi blast case.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the NIA had filed its own made chargesheet against 10 innocent persons in the last year Delhi blast case.
Special NIA court at Patiala House Court extended the judicial custody of jailed doctors till July 6.
The development follows the NIA’s chargesheet against 10 persons filed last month in connection with the blast investigation.
The agency has dubbed them in a wider so-called conspiracy and is pursuing prosecution against those named in the chargesheet.
