Indian amry’s Lance Naik commits suicide in Jammu
Jammu: An Indian army’s Lance Naik soldier committed suicide in Jammu city of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the Lance Naik, Abhijeet Nandan, committed suicide by hanging himself in his room at the Nagrota camp on the outskirts of the city, officials said.
They said a police party visited the scene and shifted the body to hospital for postmortem.
The motive behind taking such an extreme step was not known immediately, the Indian officials said, adding inquest proceedings are underway.
