Jammu : The ongoing massive cordon and search operation named as ‘Operation Sheruwali’ has entered its 35th day in the Rajouri district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the Indian forces, including the Indian Army, Central Reserve Police Force, Elite Force and Police are continuing extensive search and cordon operations in the forested and mountainous terrain of the Decimal-Ghambir Mughlan and Manjakote area of the district.

Several Indian army’s officers, including General Officer Commanding of White Knight Corps Lt Gen P K Mishra visited Romeo Force headquarters in Rajouri district and reviewed the ongoing military operations at various places, including Dorimal and Gambhir Mughlan areas.

Indian officials claimed the operation is being carried out with caution due to the difficult topography and weather conditions in the region, while on other hand, the area is fully controlled and seized by Indian forces where no media is allowed and locals are being interrogated in their caged houses,

Indian officials said the operation is still in progress and Indian forces continue to dominate the area through extensive searches and monitoring.
