Indian police file chargesheet against two youth in IIOJK
Jammu: Indian police have presented a challan in the court of the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge in Jammu against two persons, Abdul Waris and Masrat Hussain, in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the youth Abdul Waris and Masrat Hussain were arrested by the Indian police during a naka checking near Vaishnavi Dham in Jammu in October 2010.
The youth are presently out on bail by the orders of the Court of law, and now, accordingly, on Feb 12, 20214, a chargesheet of the instant case has been produced against both persons in the Court of the 3rd Additional Session Judge in Jammu (NIA).
