Mother of resistance leader Tanveer-ul-Islam passes away in IIOJK
Srinagar: The mother of resistance leader, Tanveer-ul-Islam passed away at her residence in Budgam district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, last night.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Tanveer-ul-Islam, a staunch advocate of Kashmiris’ right to self-determination and a resident of Budgam, migrated to Azad Kashmir in 1990 due to Indian oppression. Despite multiple attempts, his mother was denied permission by Indian authorities to visit AJK to meet her son, exemplifying the continued suffering and separation imposed on Kashmiri families by India’s repressive policies.
