India’s ED files charge-sheet against three innocent Kashmiris
Srinagar: India’s Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a charge-sheet against three innocent Kashmiris in a false case registered against them over their affiliation with the ongoing freedom movement.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the ED filed the charge-sheet before a special court in Srinagar against Mudasir Ahmed Sheikh, Mushtaq Ahmed Kambay and Muhammad Iqbal Khan in the case registered in 2015.
Two other persons implicated in the case namely Abbas Sheikh and Tauseef Ahmad Sheikh were killed by Indian troops in fake encounters.
