Bajrang Dal chief calls for social and economic boycott of Muslims

New Delhi: Bajrang Dal another Hidutva group lie BJP, RSS etc. of Indian state of Uttar Predesh has called for complete social and economic boycott of Muslims.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Bajrang Dal President Vivek Mishra has call for a social and economic boycott of Muslims.

The swearing-in ceremony of a group of Vivek Mishra’s supporters in Puranpur area of Pelli Bhait district of UP was shown in a viral video, Vivek Mishra calling for a social and economic boycott of Muslims.

Mishra told his supporters to take an oath not to buy goods from any Muslim shopkeeper. He also exhorted his supporters not to be friends with Muslims and said that Muslim youth should be accused of spreading “love jihad”.

Video on social media went viral, various circles have reacted strongly to it and largely condemned it. Many people have condemned the Hindutva leader’s statement, expressing concern over the growing hostility and divisive atmosphere in the region.

A resident, on condition of anonymity, told the media that we need to promote peace and unity instead of hatred because such hateful statements only create division. KMS—18IS
