Priyanka Gandhi lambasts over BJP Government ahead of Haryana polls
New Delhi: Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, the prominent Congress leader, directed her fire at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government during her recent rally aimed at the Haryana elections.
According to Kashmir Media Service, this was Priyanka’s first public appearance as part of campaign efforts for the October 5 assembly elections.
At the Ambala rally, Priyanka Gandhi urged the electorate to oust the current government, which she accused of failing to fulfill promises and disregarding the needs of local citizens.
She reminded the audience of Haryana’s rich tradition of protecting the country, emphasizing the contributions of farmers, soldiers, and athletes. She fired back at the BJP’s decade-long governance by questioning, “What did they give you in return for protecting this honor?” The Congress leader highlighted persistent issues such as unemployment, posing the pointed question, “How many of you got employment?” which drew supportive chants from the audience.
