Indian troops launch cordon and search operation in Kulgam
Srinagar: Indian troops have launched a cordon and search operation (CASO) in Kulgam district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, personnel from the Indian army, Centre Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and police jointly initiated the operation in the Akhal forest area of Devsar.
An Indian police official confirmed that the joint forces had cordoned off the area and were conducting searches.
The Indian military operation was still going on till last reports were received.
