‘India attempts to use “SCO” platform for its nefarious designs’

Islamabad: India, currently suffering from diplomatic isolation and humiliation in the world, has also been trying to use the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) platform for its nefarious purposes and wants to make the SCO a source of its false propaganda, but here too it is facing failure.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the real purpose and scope of the “SCO” is to promote peace, development and mutual cooperation in the region. This is by no means a platform where any country can sit and make accusations or propaganda against another country or use it for its nefarious political purposes.

India, especially the Modi government, has been using global or regional forums to divert attention from its internal failures and this behavior is evident in the SCO meeting as well.

India is trying to tarnish the reputation of the forum with its sleazy behavior and inappropriate attitude, but other member states are well aware of its nefarious intentions and opportunism, so instead of getting involved in Indian propaganda, their entire attention is focused on the main agenda of the conference.

Pakistan has always been clear that poverty, extremism and economic backwardness are major challenges of the region which can only be solved through joint cooperation and mutual trust.

The misleading propaganda campaign of the Indian media is actually an attempt to cover up the failures of the Modi government. India’s outburst regarding terrorism is just a spectacle. This issue is already on the SCO agenda.

The Modi government and its media should look into their own pockets before talking about terrorism because India itself is the source of terrorism. Its terrorism has been exposed all over the world as it has been subjecting Kashmiris, who are demanding their right to self-determination, to state terrorism for the last 78 years and is engaged in large-scale terrorist acts to destabilize Pakistan.

The arrest of Kulbhushan Jadhav and his every revelation is a big proof of Indian terrorism. The murder of pro-Khalistan Sikh leader Hardeep Singh Najjar in Canada and the conspiracy to kill Sikh leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannu in the US are clear examples of India’s global terrorism. These cowardly acts of terrorism have deeply disgraced India on the global stage. The future of the SCO lies in development, partnership and confidence building. Pakistan has always played a constructive, peaceful and cooperative role in this regard.

On the contrary, India continues to follow the path of confrontation and hatred, which is extremely harmful not only for the SCO but also for the entire region.
