Indian troops launch massive CASO in Poonch
Jammu: Indian forces’ personnel have launched a massive cordon and search operation in several villages of Poonch district in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, personnel from the Rashtriya Rifles, Centre Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and Special Operations Group (SOG) are conducting the joint operation in Soyian Katha, Banjola forest, Jallian-Azamabad, Khanetar Mohalla, Kalsan and Dupriana areas of the district. Indian officials claimed that the operation was initiated following specific information about movement of some suspected persons.
Meanwhile, similar search operations are underway in Kotli Bawin Ghali, Behra Kasab, Topa, and Manglaanu areas of the district. These operations, which began on Monday, continue to disrupt normal life in the affected localities.
