Indian troops continue search operation in IIOJK’s Doda
Srinagar: Indian troops have continued a cordon and search operation in Doda district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the troops began the operation in the Bhallara area of Thathri yesterday and continued today.
The operation comes amid heightened tensions in Doda following the detention of Aam Aadmi Party MLA Meraj Malik under the draconian Public Safety Act earlier this week. Restrictions remain in force across the district.
The operation was going on till last reports came in.
