Indian forces continue massive operations in IIOJK

Srinagar: Indian forces’ personnel continued cordon and search operations in different areas of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday.
According to Kashmir Media Service, drones and sniffer dogs were also used during the operations jointly launched by the Indian Army, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and Special Operation Group (SOG) on the second consecutive day in the Malhar area of Kathua.
Personnel of the Rashtriya Rifles, CRPF and SOG continued cordon and search operations for the third consecutive day in the Keshwan area of Kishtwar.
Simultaneously, forces’ personnel carried out massive operations in multiple areas including Surankote, Mendhar, Gursai, Mandi and Guntrian of Poonch district for the second consecutive day.
In Udhampur and Doda districts, the operations entered the fifth day at Seoj Dhar, Dudu-Basantgarh and Bhaderwah.
Similar violent search operations continued for the second day in the Mawar Handwara and Nowgam areas of Kupwara and Jammu districts. These CASOs, conducted under draconian laws, have become routine and expose the grim reality of constant repression despite New Delhi’s false claims of peace.
In addition, the BSF continued its search operation for the fourth consecutive day in and around Jajowal village, falling within the jurisdiction of the Border Out Posts (BOPs) Chakroi and Jugnuchak in RS Pura area of Jammu district.
Meanwhile, amid the ongoing operations, the Indian Army’s General Officer Commanding (GOC) White Knight (16) Corps, Lieutenant General P K Mishra, accompanied by GOC Counter Insurgency Force (CIF) Delta, Major General A P S Bal, reviewed the operational readiness of troops in Doda district.
Separately, Indian police carried out a controlled explosion near the banks of Dal Lake in Srinagar. Officials said the object, described as a white ball, was detected during routine surveillance along the lake.
