Indian citizen Nikhil Gupta, involved in attempt to kill Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, makes shocking revelations
New York, September 27 (KMS): More shocking revelations have come to light from Indian citizen, Nikhil Gupta, who was arrested in New York for conspiring to kill Sikh leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannu.
According to Kashmir Media Service, these revelations have exposed the masked face of India’s Modi government, which commits heinous crimes like murder through ‘RAW’ agents in other countries.
According to a Bloomberg report, Nikhil Gupta was arrested from the Czech Republic in June 2023 and transferred to the United States, where he is being tried.
Nikhil Gupta is apparently a businessman who travels by air to several countries and was tasked by Indian intelligence officer Akash Yadav to kill the Sikh leader.
Nikhil Gupta had several cases registered against him in India, including fraud, and RAW officer Akash Yadav had assured him of his acquittal in these cases.
Akash Yadav had told Nikhil Gupta to just carry out the plan to kill a Sikh leader. However, American intelligence was informed and the Sikh leader remained safe.
According to Bloomberg, court documents show that Nikhil Gupta and Akash Yadav also planned to kill another target in Nepal and Pakistan.
Nikhil Gupta and Yadav are also linked to the 2023 murder of Khalistan activist Hardeep Singh Najjar in Canada.
According to the Bloomberg report, Gurpatwant Singh and Hardeep Singh Najjar were associates and representative faces of the Khalistan movement in Canada and the United States.
The evidence submitted to the court by the US prosecutors includes hundreds of WhatsApp messages and emails between Nikhil Gupta and Yadav.
The Bloomberg report claims that these mobile messages of the accused discussed the target, the supply of weapons and the plan.
According to Bloomberg, India had also admitted that its agents may have been involved in the conspiracy to attempt assassination in the United States and one person has been dismissed from ‘RAW’.
The report says that due to this infiltration and terrorist acts by the Modi government, Pakistan, Nepal, the United States and Canada India’s relations with the US are becoming increasingly tense, and questions are also being raised about violations of international law.
