Indian soldier injured in accidental fire in Poonch
Jammu, : An Indian soldier was injured after his weapon went off accidentally at the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir today.
According to Kashmir Media Service, officials said that this morning, a soldier accidentally shot himself in the right toe during a post-firing drill while cleaning his weapon.
The injured soldier, identified as Krishna Pal Singh, was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment, they added.
