Massive cordon and search operations continue in Kishtwar, Poonch districts

Jammu: Indian troops have continued massive cordon and search operations in Kishtwar and Poonch districts of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, an Indian Army’s Agniveer Para Commando, Kapil Kumar, was injured during an ongoing operation in the Kalaban area of Chhatru Sub-Division in Kishtwar district.
The large-scale joint operation, involving Indian Army, paramilitary and police personnel, entered its second consecutive day in Kishtwar. Reports indicate that casualties have occurred, though officials have not issued any confirmation so far.
Similar operations also continued in the Balakote-Mendhar area of Poonch district, where Indian troops launched a fresh search after reports of suspicious movement, officials said.
