SIA files chargesheet against seven persons in IIOJK
Srinagar: The New Delhi-controlled State Investigation Agency (SIA) in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir has filed a chargesheet against seven Kashmiris in a false case.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the chargesheet has been filed in the court of a special judge in Srinagar under the SIA Act in connection with a false case registered at Parampora Police Station in Srinagar. .
The persons against whom the chargesheet has been filed include Mushtaq Ahmed Khan, Anas Ijaz, Zahid Ahmed Sheikh, Tanzeer Ahmed Najjar, Bilal Shabbir Awan, Basit Ashraf Malik and Arsalan Mushtaq Bangri.
The SIA claims that these persons are involved in militancy and drug trafficking. However, Indian forces have often made such false allegations to trap Kashmiri youth.
