India plundering IIOJK’s resources
Srinagar: India is plundering the resources of occupied Jammu and Kashmir without mercy, while the Kashmiris are forced to live a life of extreme hardship in their own homeland.

According to Kashmir Media Service, despite abundant electricity generation, there is a shortage of electricity in the occupied territory.
India is generating electricity from the waters of Kashmir and transferring most of it to Indian cities and the camps of Indian soldiers in the occupied territory, due to which the local people have to face frequent power outages.
In winter, when the demand for electricity is at its peak, the situation worsens. On the one hand, India is generating a large amount of electricity from the waters of Kashmir, while on the other, it is providing a small part of it to the Kashmiris at a very expensive price.
A video of a Kashmiri woman is going viral on social media in which she can be seen asking how a Kashmiri worker who earns five to six hundred rupees a day can pay a huge electricity bill. The woman is saying, “This electricity is ours while India is selling it back to us at exorbitant prices, this is the height of cruelty.”
