Indian forces arrest Kashmiri civilian in Pulwama

Srinagar: Indian forces arrested a Kashmiri civilian in Awantipora area of Pulwama district in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the civilian, identified as Musaib Nazir, was detained during a joint search operation launched by personnel of 42 Rashtriya Rifles, 180 Battalion CRPF and police at Naner Midoora.
In order to justify the arrest, the occupation authorities claimed that Musaid was involved in supporting pro-freedom activities, a charge often used to detain Kashmiris. They added that an FIR has been registered at Awantipora Police Station, and further investigation is underway.
It is worth mentioning that over 4,000 Kashmiris are presently languishing in jails across India and occupied Jammu and Kashmir under fabricated or politically motivated charges.
