Indian police attach two-storeyed residential house of civilian in Kupwara

Srinagar: Indian police personnel have attached the property of a civilian in Kupwara district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Indian police, under the New Delhi-installed Lieutenant Governor’s administration, attached a property comprising a two-storeyed residential house belonging to Wali Mohammad Mir in the district.
The property was attached under the draconian Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) and the Arms Act.
Indian army, police, and other authorities enjoy impunity under these black laws to detain, kill, harass, and attach the property of civilians in the occupied territory.
