Indian forces launch CASO in IIOJK’s Kathua
Jammu: Indian forces have launched a cordon and search operation (CASO) in the Billawar area of Kathua district in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
According to Kashmir Media Service, the operation is underway in a forested and hilly terrain, with Indian forces maintaining strict vigil over the area.
Indian officials said that gunfire was heard during the course of the operation following which additional reinforcements were rushed to the area.
The encounter was continuing at the time of filing this report.
