Modi, Netanyahu responsible for unrest, instability in region: Mashaal
Says India wants to execute Hurriyat leader Yasin Malik
Islamabad: Mushaal Hussein Mullick, wife of illegally detained Kashmiri Hurriyat leader Muhammad Yasin Malik and Chairperson of Peace and Cultural Organization, has said that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu are responsible for the unrest and instability spreading in the region.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Mushaal Hussein Mullick in a meeting with a delegation of social media influencers and journalists in Islamabad said both Modi and Netanyahu are increasing tension in the region and damaging peace efforts.
She said that Yasin Malik raised the flag of freedom of Jammu and Kashmir from Indian occupation and the Kashmiri people will not back down from their struggle. India today wants to convert Yasin Malik’s life sentence to death sentence, she added.
She said Yasin Malik is a symbol of the struggle of Kashmiris for their right to self-determination and Modi’s Indian government is trying to execute him.
Mushaal said Netanyahu is the murderer of Palestinians and Narendra Modi is the murderer of Kashmiris and called both of them the modern-day Yazid.
She demanded that the international human rights organizations should stand with the oppressed nations and raise their voice against the atrocities on Kashmiris and Palestinians.
She further said that after Narendra Modi’s visit to Israel, the Zionist state attacked Tehran and martyred Iranian Supreme Leader Seyyed Ali Khamenei. The Iranian Supreme Leader was sympathetic to the Kashmiri people and always raised his voice for the settlement of the Kashmir dispute.
Mushaal Mullick said like the Board of Peace for the resolution of the Palestine issue, a Board of Peace should also be established to resolve the long-pending Kashmir dispute so that the release of Kashmiri leaders, including Yasin Malik, Shabbir Shah and Aasiya Andrabi, who are imprisoned in Indian jails, can be possible and a peaceful solution to the Kashmir conflict can be found.
