Jaishankar’s gutter politics exposes India’s diplomatic collapse: Analysts

New Delhi: Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar’s remark, “We are not a dalaal nation like Pakistan,” has laid bare India’s diplomatic meltdown, revealing frustration over being sidelined in the US-Israel-Iran mediation process, said analysts.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the comment, made during an all-party meeting, is seen by analysts as a desperate attempt to deflect from India’s failure to secure a role in regional diplomacy, where Pakistan has emerged as a trusted bridge alongside Turkey and Egypt.

Critics slam Jaishankar’s “gutter level rhetoric” as a sign of India’s shrinking footprint and strategic insignificance.

Pakistan’s mediation credentials shine, from facilitating US-China rapprochement to navigating regional crises, earning global trust.

In contrast, India’s aggressive tactics and unreliability have led to humiliating isolation. Jaishankar’s remark is a confession of India’s diplomatic defeat, as Pakistan’s influence in the Middle East grows as a key player and sole Islamic nuclear power.
