Delhi-Srinagar Spice Jet flight delayed, passengers inconvenienced
Srinagar: Passengers of Spice Jet flight SG-160 from Delhi to Srinagar faced prolonged delays and inconvenience at the airport.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the flight, scheduled to depart Delhi at 7:05 am IST and arrive in Srinagar at 10:05 am IST, did not take off as planned. Passengers said they were informed of the delay only after reaching the terminal, with no clear update on departure time.
“Operational issues can happen, but passengers should be kept informed. Many were travelling with families and elderly members,” said a passenger. Several travellers reported disrupted onward travel plans and missed appointments in the Kashmir valley.
