According to the Indian journal “Economic Times”, Thailand has ended visa-free entry for India and implemented a new immigration policy, under which India has also been put on the visa-on-arrival list.

According to the report, Indian tourists will now not be able to enter Thailand without a visa under the temporary visa exemption scheme introduced in 2024. The Thai government has decided to make significant changes to its visa policy after reviewing its immigration laws.
