Washington: The US Congresswoman and Democratic Party member, Ilhan Omar, Ilhan Omar, referring to large-scale targeting of minorities in India, has said that India is entering as the eighth stage of genocide,.
According to Kashmir Media Service, US Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, speaking on issues concerning the Indian Muslims, said India has reached the eighth stage of genocide against a minority community.
During a legislative discussion, she cited rising discrimination and human rights concerns and policies promoted by the BJP administration. She said minorities, particularly Muslims, Christians, and Dalits in India, are targeted by the Bharatiya Janata Party government.
She raised high concerns about the treatment of minorities and religious freedoms in India.
