Sikhs being massacred in India during Modi’s rule: Gurpatwant Singh
Lahore : Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, founder of the US-based pro-Khalistan organization “Sikhs for Justice”, has said that Sikhs are being massacred in India during Modi’s rule.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Gurpatwant Singh Pannu addressing a press conference via video link at the Lahore Press Club, said 18,000 Sikh farmers have committed suicide in India due to heavy debts.
He said he is trying to bring about change through votes and in this connection, a referendum will be held in the US on August 16 for the establishment of Khalistan.
The founding leader of Sikhs for Justice, while congratulating Pakistanis on eve of Independence Day, said under the leadership of Field Marshal Asim Munir, Pakistan has made progress and is currently playing an important role on the global stage.
Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) is a militant group fighting for the establishment of Khalistan. The organization was founded by Guru Pattanam in 2009. The organization was banned in India in 2019.
SFJ has been organizing Khalistan referendums in various countries for the past several years and a large number of Sikhs are participating in the referendum.
