IIOJK people being divided on religious, regional and linguistic basis: Farooq Abdullah
Jammu: National Conference President Farooq Abdullah, has regretted that a conspiracy is being made to divide the people of occupied Jammu and Kashmir on religious, regional, linguistic and religious lines to weaken their struggle for freedom.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Farooq Abdullah talking to the party leaders in Jammu said the Kashmiri people can get rid of the critical and most difficult period of the occupied territory only through unity and consensus.
He said every Kashmiri needs to be firm, determined and united for freedom from Indian rule. He added that Kashmiris needed to be careful and crush the nefarious intentions of those elements and powers killing the rights of Kashmiris.
Farooq Abdullah criticized Modi’s government and said the people of occupied Jammu and Kashmir have been facing continued difficulties since 2015 after the Modi government came to power.
