NIA attaches six more properties of Kashmiri people under a UAPA case
Srinagar: Indian notorious agency National Investigation Agency (NIA) has attached 6 more properties of freedom loving Kashmiri people belonging to Asif Ahmed Malik, who was arrested on January 31, 2020, under a UAPA case.
According to Kashmir Media Service, total six immovable properties at Mirpora, Pulwama belonging to the accused Asif Ahmed Malik, son of Bashir Ahmed Malik, a resident of village Qazigund, in Pulwama, have been attached by the NIA.
Going full throttle to crush the voice of Kashmiri freedom loving people, the NIA on Wednesday attached six properties of jailed Kashmiri accused Asif Malik, who was blamed by Indian notorious to be linked with Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM).
Under a UAPA case a total of six immovable properties in which land measuring 01 Kanal & 09 Marlas at Mirpora, Pulwama belonging to the accused Asif Malik, a resident of village Qazigund, Kakapora in Pulwama, have been attached under Section 33 (1) of UAPA, 1967, in pursuance of the recent orders of NIA Special Court, Jammu.
