Kashmir Center Lahore pays tribute to Jammu martyrs
Lahore: In commemoration of Jammu Martyrs’ Day, Kashmir Center Lahore organized an event to honour the sacrifices of over 250,000 Muslims who lost their lives in the Jammu massacre of November 1947.

According to Kashmir Media Service, speakers at the event highlighted and honoured the legacy of martyrs who gave their lives for the love of Pakistan.
They reiterated that Kashmir is Pakistan’s “jugular vein” and expressed confidence that one day, Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir will gain freedom from Indian occupation.
Among the speakers were Syed Naseebullah Gardazi, Vice President of PML-N Azad Kashmir; PPP leader Ghulam Abbas Mir; APHC-AJK representative Engineer Mushtaq Mahmood; PTI-AJK Deputy Secretary Mirza Sadiq Jarral, and other prominent figures.
They emphasized that the martyrs’ sacrifices are a precious asset to the Kashmir freedom struggle and will never be forgotten.
The speakers noted that martyrs in IIOJK are still buried in Pakistan’s flag, symbolizing Kashmir’s deep connection with Pakistan. They condemned Indian forces’ oppression, stating that despite all efforts, India will not succeed in its oppressive agenda in IIOJK.
The participants pledged continued support for Kashmir’s freedom, raising slogans in honour of Jammu’s martyrs and the ongoing struggle for self-determination.
