India’s dreaded NIA arrests a person in Kupwara
Srinagar: India’s dreaded National Investigation Agency (NIA), along with paramilitary forces, arrested a person in Kupwara district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the NIA, in collaboration with police personnel, apprehended Muneer Ahmad Banday, in Handwara area of the district.
An official police statement said that the detainee was carrying a cash reward of Rs 5 lakh.
Earlier, the Indian Army launched cordon and search operations in Margi, Lolab, and various areas of Kupwara district.
